PROPOSAL: The NexBridge community requests that NexBridge pursue listing nAAPL (and subsequently other NexTR instruments) on Bitfinex Securities, the regulated securities trading venue operated by BFXWW Inc.
RATIONALE:
Bitfinex Securities already supports tokenized securities on the Liquid Network and has the regulatory framework for trading Transfer Restricted Assets. Listing nAAPL on Bitfinex Securities would:
- Provide secondary market liquidity for NexTR hodlers
- Enable price discovery in a regulated venue
- Attract new participants who already have Bitfinex Securities accounts
- Demonstrate institutional-grade market structure for tokenized equities
Bitfinex Securities has previously listed other Liquid-based tokenized securities, making the technical integration straightforward. The primary work is legal/compliance coordination between NexBridge and Bitfinex Securities.
